Please complete the following form to provide a few details about the gathering you’re planning and to find out if it’s a good fit for the IISAAK Ecolodge. FAQ
Group bookings range from $2,650 to $4,650 CAD per night, depending on the season, room type, and bathroom availability (private vs. public).
Minimum Stay: 3 nights required for all group bookings.
Special Rates: Preferential pricing is available for Indigenous, community-based, and non-profit organizations.
Taxes & Fees: All rates are subject to applicable taxes and a mandatory cleaning fee.
How to get a quote: Please complete the Group Booking Request Form above to receive exact rate information for your specific group.
Cleaning Fee: A mandatory fee of $450 is added to every group booking.
Parking: The lodge parking lot can accommodate a maximum of 10 cars.
For full-lodge bookings and select group bookings, the Renter must maintain third-party liability insurance covering their activities on the premises at their own expense.
Minimum Coverage: CAD $5,000,000 (effective throughout the entire rental period).
Additional Insured Parties: The policy must explicitly name both:
IISAAK OLAM Foundation (the “Leaseholder”)
Clayoquot Indigenous Conservation Innovation Centre (the “Owner”)
Submission Deadline: A ‘Certificate of Additional Insured’ providing proof of coverage must be submitted to the Leaseholder at least 3 weeks before the event.
