Accommodation
Our comfortable lodge is a Net Zero Facility.
Room Rates vary depending on season, room type, private or public bathroom etc.
Standard Rooms ($125-$275 per night)
Our standard rooms are located on the first or second floor.
Suites or Family Rooms ($300-$450)
These fully private rooms provide a simple kitchenette, living room area, and balcony with wrap around window. Ideal for couples, small families or professionals who need a private living/work space.
Insurance requirements: For full-lodge bookings and some group bookings, the Renter must, at their own expense, maintain third-party liability insurance covering their activities on the premises, with a minimum coverage of CAD $5,000,000, effective throughout the rental period. The IISAAK OLAM Foundation (the “Leaseholder”) and Clayoquot Indigenous Conservation Innovation Centre (the “Owner”) must be named as additional insured parties. Proof of insurance via a ‘certificate of additional insured’ must be provided to the Leaseholder at least three (3) weeks before the event.
Parking: A maximum of 10 cars can be accommodated in the lodge parking lot.
Cleaning fee: A mandatory cleaning fee of $450 is added to each group booking.
Group bookings at IISAAK Ecolodge range from $2,650 to $4,650 CAD per night, depending on the season and type of group. Preferential rates are available for Indigenous, community-based, and non-profit organizations. A minimum three-night stay is required for all group bookings.
