Welcome to the IISAAK Ecolodge, a westcoast lodge situated within the stunning 12-acre coastal rainforest of the Naa’Waya’Sum Coastal Gardens in Tofino, B.C. Named after the Nuu-chah-nulth teaching of IISAAK (ʔiisaak)—meaning ‘to observe, appreciate, and act accordingly’—our lodge is a space designed for connection, where your stay directly supports Indigenous knowledge systems, local education, community wellbeing, and nature stewardship. We invite you to step away from the everyday and feel at home in this alcohol-free facility that actively fosters learning, reflection, and respectful experiences.

Comfortably accommodating 10 guests in private rooms or up to 18 guests in shared occupancy, the lodge offers a welcoming mix of private suites and shared-washroom facilities. 

Beyond your room, our Ecolodge offers expansive shared spaces, including a large activity room and a dining/lounge area for groups of 30 or more. Just steps away, the čukʷaa haʔuk cafe —led by celebrated guest Chef Lisa Ahier—serves up culinary delights rooted in wholesome, natural ingredients and ancient wisdom.
